After I bought Mr Boyfriend here, he has fallen in love with their 'nasi goreng pattaya daging'. He claimed he can eat the same dish for a week.
The nasi goreng looks typical, anyhow it has the burnt taste (wok hei) which he found so satisfying. Also, he can refill the soup as many he wants.
Me, on the other hand, I had tried their few dishes; 'ayam panggang balado', 'ikan baulu goreng', 'ayam penyet'. I always paired with 'nasi panggang' (recommend).
My regular & favourite order is their 'ikan baulu with nasi panggang & always add on with MYR1 tempeh. Their tempeh is square cube & no greasy.
Ayam panggang balado is my first & last order. I was shocked when they served the chicken because the skin was totally burnt & black colour.
The ayam penyet looks like typical deep fried chicken without batter. It's plain, hard & dry, it came with special chilli dipping sauce. That's it.
Teh tarik is a big no-no to me. I taste neither tea nor milk. It's so bland. Colour wasn't attractive either despite bubbly presented.
I ordered the sup urat, it was okay. They've more than 30 types of menu anyhow mostly are repetitive dish with different ways of cooking.

Nice Spicy Sambal and it is tolerable to me. Maybe quite spicy for who is not used to eat spicy foods.
Not all foods are spicy, suitable for anyone joining friends to come and not like spicy foods
