Kk-ian shall be very familiar wf this place.... Slightly exp but shedap & ber-aircond at least. Full hse always especially mlm even weekdays

My first choice herbal tea and dessert plus breakie place. There is a small slide window outside for you to order if you only want to tapau and lazy go inside. And one thing is hard to find parking here as usual cause here is foh sang area so usually I will just grab and go my tapau here 😂

最近常下雨，今天点了红豆沙( Hot )
很浓很Kaw..... 可是太多红豆....想要比较水的记得和waiter order 的时候注明.....
价钱可能偏高 ...可是总比奶茶便宜 & 健康啦.... 🤣🤣🤣

Rainy days.. have a wonderful hot 番薯糖水 . They had addon item tau fu fah! (Available on tuesday, thursday and Saturday only). The taste not bad. Can give it a try. I always love their fried popiah. But yesterday’s one taste like “put overnight “
Their service fast and the staff also very attentive.
It normally quite full during night time (after dinner time 8pm onwards)
Many varieties of leong cha.. and if u feel heaty, u can try their “24 mei”

Are they truly the only one in town? Because it’s my to-go to and there seems to be no other choice.
They served probably the most authentic Gui Ling Gao and lots of variety of cooling Liang Cha. Each Liang Cha is catered for whatever “issue” you might be facing. Read the detailed online menu before ordering - it helps!
Also, please don’t eat their food. It’s not their forte.
