Kiong Shi Fu's signature dish is their hokkien mee but I prefer their fried prawn noodle more. The noodles are stir fried with seafood, comes with a bit of broth, and topped with fried pork lard. Very much more flavorful and diversed compared to hokkien mee, in which you get pork, lard and cabbage mixed in dark soy sauce only.
