Hinode Japanese Restaurant
🧑🏻🍳 Shop name: Hinode Sushi Bar & Restaurant
✔️ What I Ordered:
1. Salmon Sashimi RM37
2. Shrimp Tempura Roll RM42
3. Salmon Roll RM36
4. Assorted Tempura Plate RM19.80
5. Grilled Saba Set RM37
- comes with a bowl of rice, miso soup, salad, chawanmushi and pickles
6. Spicy Ramen
👍Why I like it: My favourite, salmon sashimi is always served fresh (not my first time here of course). We had two set of it hence the big portion as shown in the photo. The sushi rolls are also one of the must order items! And I was pretty impressed with the spicy ramen. Tasted great! The broth was so good, wasn’t salty but flavourful! The restaurant environment was comfortable and clean. Staffs were extremely friendly and helpful. Service was great! I would say it is a pretty decent Japanese restaurant with great foods especially the fresh salmon sashimi and service is professional!

Their service was great , food was served very quick , price is on the high side - something like sakagura , full on a monday night
We ordered :
1. Tempura rice - the fried tempura is very fresh n chewyyy
2. Beef set - considered expensive as we can get the same thing for cheaper price at nagasaki hehe. ( i was supposed wanted to try lamb but they were not available) also too much onion just a lil bit of beef
3. Salmon n tuna sushi - fresh n yums
4.matcha dorayaki - so so matcha taste not strong
Overall is okay , maybe the location so its quite pricey where u can find similar good quality in somewhere else.
They serve omakase but have to book earlier.

Wanna go for steamboat but everywhere is full🥲 so just randomly go in for a quick dinner, but surprisingly not bad tho🥰

Beef udon
Brouth is quite thick and can taste the sweetness of big onion and the beef slice quality is not bad as well. Just the udon is a little bit chewy for me. Personally more prefer the udon type in sakagura.
Chicken ramen for my friend and she say it’s good also!
Price is slightly higher, but acceptable for the environment and good service from the staff🥰 definitely going back to try for their sushi!

Can arrange omakase if book earlier . Fresh ingredients but probably need more sushi and sashimi otherwise it’s more like fine dining. Price is a bit overrated but in kk it’s still a good choice for Janpanese cuisine I think .

No sushi buffet, this also can la.. A nice place for having sushi as dinner, their sushi ingredients very fresh and worth to give it a try, service is excellent..

Trying the new Japanese restaurant.. Their sushi is nice and the wasabi also very fresh.. The combination of this 2 is goooood~~
For the set bento it's expensive but worth for it where the food is good especially the chawanmushi where the egg is smooth and the egg salad is mixed and flavour well #foodpornsabah #foodinkk #foodgasm

Located beside Luma Hotel, Sutera Avenue, siblings with Sakagura, Oceanus.
Personally speaking, price are overrated for their just average Japanese cuisine, unless one's truly enjoy the ambiance & love modern Japanese interior design.
At 1st floor, you can witness the chef cooking meanwhile at 2nd floor you can enjoy personal space with friends & family.
They serve sake, no pork.
Polite & helpful staffs.
Overall, just fine.

Everyone was saying HINODE SUSHI . So i jio my sister go and eat to this atas feel sushi restaurant.
The minute i sat down, my mum called and scolded me : YOU SAID U COME BACK FOR LUNCH TODAY AND I COOK ALOT WHY YOU HAVENT COME BACK FOR LUNCH?!
So, mum got angry and we need to eat 2 round lunch. So i did not order much.. we ordered a Hole Anago Sushi x2, Salmon sashimi and Shrimp Tampura Roll , ohh and one many clams sup without the udon we requested.
The fish thing sushi was so niceeeee and it just melt it your mouth the time you put into your mouth !!! Wish to eat a second one but one of that already RM38. So we tahan saja 🥲🥲 each of us eat one only….. others was so so only not really like very yummy but normal for me.
After that finish Japanese restaurant then back home continue my mama cooked lunch at 5th picture 🤤🤤😝😝😝 still home cooked food is the best🥰🥰
The yam pork i bought online and it comes with a clay bowl which very unique and the yampork really nice and very flavourful 🍚🍚🥢🥢😍😍 must eat with rice.

They served ala carte menu (downstairs) & Omakase menu (upstairs)
This is my first visit, and also try their ala carte menu. Overall experience is great! Sashimi were super fresh, and portion is generous & filling.
The ambience is so muji style and minimalist. Service is above average.
Going to try their Omakase menu on my next visit.
P/S: I made table reservation first before dining in to avoid full house. Prompt reply from WhatsApp. Easy to find, it just next to Luma Hotel facing Imago Mall.
