🍔 BBQ Pulled Pork Burger RM32
Salty and strong taste of barbecue sauce, to which I’m not a fan of. The shredded pork wasn’t as juicy nor tender as a good pulled pork would be. I prefer my brioche bun fluffy and buttery but this one was dry 🫠 On the bright side, fries were good 🍟
🍝 Real Deal Carbonara Pasta RM32
It just doesn’t taste quite right imo. Aside from the pathetic portion of the bacon bits, the cheese (sauce) was watery and taste too overpowering, and pasta was a little harder than al dente 😕
☕️ Latte & Americano RM11 each
White was ok. Black was light roast, acidic taste.
Overall, I had quite a disappointing dining experience. Not to mention it takes 40 minutes for the food to arrive. They may have other good foods but this two were just not for me 🥺

Waitress were very attentive. Food was served slow. Nice beverages. Roasted pork skin is really crunchy n juicy meat. Insta worthy place. Keep it up!

I remembered their service is so lame previously due to always full house. So now the crowded had obviously decreased hence their service is like 5 star now hehe!! 🌟
But their food is always nice and yummyyy. This time tried their pulled pork burger but the taste is not what I expected and abit dry.. but overall actually considered okay just abit dry and not really that flavourful.
The other dishes is as usual very nice and big portion. The chicken drumstick dish with not so sure what is the side dish taste sooooo nice like some sort of garlic goreng . The big breakfast is nice because i like their pork sausage soooo much 😍😍😍
The desserts also my first time and unexpected its yummy also and not so sweet.

I'm not going to deny, I'm an absolute foodie. So when i found out the owners of balinrooftop were opening a restaurant in KK way back in Dec 2021, I was Uber excited.
However, it started off rusty with the rude WhatsApp msges and no availability for reservations
Fast forward to Feb 2022, I decided to go in person and try my luck to get a seat for lunch. And guess what, Lady luck was on my side!
Since then, I've been back several times mainly for a few things.
1 - Gulai Porky Belly
This is an absolute fav dish! Crackling skin,
Juicy Meat, tasty gulai lauk with
sambal. I consider it their Signature Dish.
2- Pizza
I can't remember which pizza it was but it
was absolutely delicious. Thin pizza with
Lots of topping and Goeey cheese.
3- Mushroom Soup
These ain't your regular mushroom soup.
It's made with broth rather than cream,
so the mushrooms truely shine in this dish.
Very flavourful and packed with shrooms!
4- Sakura Strawberry Smoothie
This drink is simply outstanding. I know
it's just a drink but the flavors work so well
together, it's a must for me to order this
whenever I'm at Limau & Linen.
5- Almond Croissant
To me, the other pastries are alright but
one which I keep going for is the Almond
croissant! No one in KK makes it like them
and there's always limited portions baked
everyday. The dough is flaky and filled with
Almond Frangipane, which is decadent.
Definitely a must try!
* Not forgetting their yummy fries with aioli & homemade balsamic vinegar!
Finally, desserts.
I've tried a few slices of their cakes and tarts. The tarts were alright, so were some of the cakes but the ones which stood out was the Tiramisu & the Lemongrass Elderflower Cake.
This restaurant is pricey. But many dishes
(not all- pulled pork burger was a major let down) are worth it.
The staff are friendly although there have been mixed experience according to some of my friends. I know they're currently understaffed and they're not the only establishment.
However, I've always had a great time and will go again soon!

The pulled pork burger and truffle mushroom pizza were delicious! Ordered the rib eye steak which I hoped had other sauces or sides. The chicken was meh and the fish and chips were normal.
For drinks, we ordered the elderberry and strawberry smoothie. I love the strawberry smoothie ehhe.

I'm always excited & delightful each time visiting L&L especially their pastries of the day section.
They serve various decadent & mouth-watering pastries, also it wowowowowowow me at all time.
Here's my orders
Raspberry lemon log cake with poppy seeds
Red raspberry taste sour meanwhile the black taste sweet. A layer of raspberry cream on top & 2 layers of lemon cream sandwiched between 3 pieces of vanilla butter poppyseed cakes. The cake taste like summer, sour with slightly sweet.
Mango passion fruit smoothie
They're using fruits puree hence it doesn't taste overwhelmingly sweet. May request to add on sugar if too sour. Refreshingly good!
Cookies & cream smoothie
Recommended for anyone who loves chocolate & cookies. Fresh whipped cream on top with cookies crumbs, milky smoothie. The after taste of whipped cream wasn't greasy at all, yum!
Chocolate crossaint with sea salt
This is remarkable combination, sweetness from the chocolate blend well with the sea saltiness. The crossaint wasn't crispy though. Stil fine.
Lemon & basil cake
This is totally bomb to my pallete. Never would I've thought lemon + basil + cake would matched terrifically! It's aromatic savoury with a hint of sweetness.
Iced ginger latte
The ginger taste strong if one order hot, no comment for it.
