Non Halal ❌ Had a small gathering here consisting of 6 adults and 1 child, totally forgot to take picture of our food 😪 What we had: 🦐 Gambas Aljillo Comes with prolly like 7-8 prawns but it was tasteless 😂 you can only taste the extra virgin olive oil when you dip it with the Foccacia bread. 🍝 Proper Bolognese Pasta It was normal for me, but my other friends enjoyed it. 🍕 Bacon & Egg Bismark Pizza It was so so, the dough tasted a bit strange. 🍗 Confit Corn Fed Chicken A bit dry (according to my friend). 🐟🍟 Fish & Chips Was dry as well (according to my friend’s bf). On the bright side their mango and passionfruit smoothie was refreshing 😋 There’s quite a few food which were sold out/unavailable (oysters, aguadong crudo, wagyu ribeye steak, lamb shank and carbonara pasta if I did not remember wrongly). Overall it was mehhhhh for me, hopefully they will improve? I like their environment that’s why I gave them 8 out of 10 😊 Oh and for any of you who wanted to try their Crispy Roast Pork Belly Gulai & Rice it’s only available for lunch.

Finally, they've launched their dinner menu. Here's what we ordered 1. Crock pot lamb shank served with side salad Slow stew & tender lamb shank with minced assorted veggies covered by a buttery, flaky yet thin pastry cover. The meat is so tenderly cooked that it fall apart when I took out the bone, also it doesn't taste nor smell gamey. 2. Gambas ajillo Small sized & sweet prawns cooked in a bath of extra virgin olive oil, garlic, white wine, capers, green peppercorns & smoked paprika served with focacia bread as side for dipping. The prawns are tasteless though, I could only taste the prawns sweetness in the olive oil with the focacia bread I dipped into. 3. Proper bolognese pasta Slow stew grass-fed minced brisket, whole tomatoes with veggies, red wine with Grana Padano cheese. Well cooked spaghetti. Everything on point. 4. Confit corn fed chicken I'd ate before, somehow this time the size of the chicken is smaller. 5. Wagyu brunch burger Quarter pounder smashed wagyu patty served with sunny side up, colby Jack cheese, onion jam, gherkin & housemade brioche bun It came with fries & sauce to dip, presentation is fine, taste okay. It is nearly fully booked daily, it's advisable to make reservation as early as possible, also call instead of whatsapp because they barely reply. Sigh. All The foods were so so.. 😅 abit overrated and expensive. However the environment and service is good. Still can visit if u looking for a nice place to chill and eat brunch.

This is my second times return to L&L. Personally speaking, prices on their menu are reasonable, especially drinks & pastries are exceptional. Here's what we ordered: Cornfit corned chicken Seasalt cured chicken thigh, poached in olive oil & refried until crisp, potato puree, wine juice, white truffle oil & rye crumbs. - everything is cook until perfection especially the gravy. The rye crumbs are overcooked & burnt therefore it taste bitter after taste. I love the taste of truffle linger in the pallete with the chicken & gravy. Burnt cheesecake - Love it! Everything is balance in ratio regardless taste, texture & smell. Yum! Smoked duck & hoisin sauce pizza with fresh leeks, chilli & sesame seeds - combination of Western pastry with Asian favourite cuisine. The pizza is freshly made & bake thus we love the pizza texture. Chicken pie - brownish appearance is so tempting, crispy crust is terrific, delish filling, with side salad. Sakura Strawberry - sweet, sour, refreshing red & pink blended, they're using puree instead of sugar thus couldn't adjust the sugar level. Rose latte - mild rose aroma with coffee & milk However, I wish they could improve their service replying in WhatsApp & ig, either slow or no reply after that... Check out my ig:_HumanBurrito.bki for pictures & videos.

Each time I visit, it’s like waiting to hit the jackpot. (it’s pretty inconsistent. The same food can taste good today and taste not as great the next day. 🤷🏽‍♀️) This time: I hit the jackpot. 🎰🤩 Ordered a pesto pasta and YUMS! Love the taste of every single ingredients in it! It hits you with a note of freshness with each bite thank to the lemon zest and lemon in the basil pesto. FYI, the original version doesn’t come with meat. But too hungry. Requested to additional grilled chicken breast to complete the meal. (But please skip the chicken!)

My second time here as the first time is quite sad because of the dessert. Came back here for their meal cuz I saw quite a good review here. For food, I ordered Guinness Lamb Pie 🥧 & Bolognese Spaghetti. For drinks, my friend ordered Mango Passion Fruit Smoothie and I ordered Americano. Guinness lamb pie 🥧 Overall taste quite good, don’t have the stout taste of course but it’s savoury. RM22 for this pie Bolognese 🍝 Overall taste okay, so so only // Average for RM30 per plate. Drinks 🍹 Still not good 😕 (U can self imagine it) RM16 for smoothie & Americano RM10 Went there around 3pm for late lunch, so most of the “best seller food” is out of stock.

Their breakfast (The Works, RM34) changed 😢 previously was better compare to this. The previous version of The Works contain potato but now it changed to half tomato 🤨 but RM34 for a plate of breakfast, comes with 3mushroom cut into half 🥲 previously was more than that hmmmm (I personally prefer the previous version 🥲) buttttt! that wasnt the worse yet The worst is, we have to wait for like 10-15mins for staff to clear our table from previous customers, & another 15min to get the menu. We’ve ordered Elderflower Honey Lemon, The Works, & The Crispy Roast Pork Belly Gulai. After ordering, The Works came out within 10min, before the drinks 🤨🤨 (I thought was faster than food 🤔). Then, for the Crispy Pork Gulai, hmmmm, waited almost 1hour 😅 & we keep on checking with the staff, & all we get is just “oh the kitchen is cutting the pork now, it’ll come out soon”… 🙂 so we wait & wait (I think they shall inform customers like some dishes will take how long, or maybe like inform customer that there’ll be a slight delay for the food, or even apologise to customers who’s waiting for their food for a long time 🙃). After like 15-20mins, it finally came 🥲 the pork belly skin wasnt as crispy as mentioned in the menu, it’s chewwwwyyyy 🥴 For service, hmm I could understand that they are on high traffic, but some of the staff doesn’t look busy for operation, but walking around, standing at the bar & chit chatting. 😢😢 I love their environment & food, even tho the quality was not consistent, but i really really hope they’ll improve in the future *even tho I had bad experience this time, but I’ll still go for it, cuz everyone deserve another chance to improve 😛

Visited Limau and Linen with my family and a friend. It was packed but we managed to get a table pretty quickly. Menu is small but they serve food that’s pretty different from what you can find in restaurant/cafes in KK. We ordered the pull pork burger, confit chicken and truffle chicken deli pie. Pull pork was terribly dry with minimal sauce, buns were soft while the fries were typical. Deli pie was literally stuck onto the foil, my friend had to massacre the whole thing to eat. The best was confit chicken, it was tender and the smooth mash potatoes compliment the dish. Drinks we had chai latte and latte, they were okay. Service wise needs improvement, we had to wave our hands multiple times to get the attention of the service staffs. A few of them were just lounging at the counter chit chatting, took us about 10 mins to finally get one of their attention. Overall we enjoyed the environment but hope for some improvements in the food and service. Hopefully to see this place bloom in the future.

Hey alls! Visited during my brunching hour. First things first, I’ve ordered the bolognese spaghetti. Presentation wise looks good. 🍝 Imo it was a little more on the bland side. Spaghetti texture was tad bit hard. It was just an OK for me not really a big fan of the pasta. Can be improved so much better!
