Plaza 333 有一间专卖香港云吞面的店。以前刚开始营业时有吃过一次，觉得不好吃。干捞面很油腻，没什么味道。然后就再也没回去了，直到最近看到许多人推荐这一家，就决定再给他一次机会。幸亏我又给了他一次机会。
干捞面
味道刚刚好，而且也很有弹性。再搭配上他们独家秘方的辣椒sambal。太好吃了！爱吃辣的千万别错过桌上的sambal 。他们家的sambal 还有江鱼仔，真的一级棒。但是！不吃辣的别吃呀，还是属于蛮辣的。
鲜虾猪肉云吞
云吞皮够滑够薄，像小时候吃的古早味。内陷有猪肉和两只虾，很饱满很鲜甜。而且咬下的每一口还有点肉汁呢！虾也很新鲜很弹牙。一流！
港式叉烧
比起来叉烧会比较欠佳。表皮不是属于烧到焦焦的口感。味道属于清淡，不够重口味。口感很软口，完全不硬。适合老人家。应该是放了蛮多小苏打粉或者秘密武器使得肉质软软的。
整体来说幸亏我再一次给他一个机会，让我有点惊讶！食物进步了很多，至少会让我以后还愿意再去吃。环境不错，但卫生方面有待加强。价钱就有点小贵，还是可接受的范围。这价钱是还有加一杯港式奶茶和热中国茶。港式奶茶我没喝就不敢多说，但喝的人就说茶味够浓。糖分是自己想加就加。热中国茶也是很浓很好喝

We delayed our lunch just for this because they always full house at lunch hour 😞
We order 2 hk konlou mee which beef brisket + wantan konlou hk mee.. the beef brisket was soft and tender 🤤💖💖💖💖💖💖
Second one is pork knuckle kon lou mee.. it was tender too but a little bland.. would be better if add more sweet vinegar.
The HK Yun Yong ( coffee + tea) is nice too for people like me who can choose want to order coffee or tea 🤪
Overall the service was ok, the price slightly higher than other kon lou mee but worth the price because it wassl so tender 🤤
Will I come back?

First try & it has a strong smell of “fresh” in Chinese (臭新味）it applies to all porridges include oyster, chicken & pork, fish unsure because it was out of stock.
But if you don’t mind the fresh smell, then I’m sure you’ll like it!
Place is always full house during lunch hour especially on weekends. Sat outside and were literally eat in sweat! Not really enjoying cuz the weather’s hot enough and the fan isn’t helping much too. 😂
