Big portion fried chicken french toast, RM 27, love the nutty fragrant, love each layer of sauces, love the cabbage, sweet mouthful crispy chicken, full passion in each detail 😋😋😋😋
Basque Cheesecake,RM21.20. Expensive but very nice, inside very very jiggly jiggly, thick piece also, with milk powder.
Foxy Nanban: review dy last time, a good choice for all ages.
Houjicha Latte: U can see the kawness through the colour.

They using Square Mile beans where roasted in London.
Ordered a cup of cappucino, taste super super sour and harsh.
Very clean cafe, located opposite Inanam Capital, can park there also becoz not much parking near Solid Ground.
They do sell Aeropress and grinder also if u looking for it

An atas cafe that open at 8 am
Bigger food portion than before
Campfire Sourdough Ver 2 ❤️❤️❤️ Worth 8.5 points.
Nice combination of smoked salmon, ricotta, capers, poached egg, ebiko, bonito flakes, siracha Aioli.
But today sourdough burnt a bit (maybe to fit the campfire theme ? ), hard to cut , use hand faster.
Anyway, still recommend this👍

Dinner menu, recommend Fried X.O Rice👍👍👍. Cheapest yet the Tastiest, different layers of flavour, Bonito flakes, Ebiko....
Solid Ground put a lot of though into food combination, every little ingredients (Bonito flakes, capers, powder......) got its purpose.
Limited parking space, limited seat.
Will comeback for lunch if ngam ngam passby

Haih I really don't want to admit it , but I agree , they lost their quality a bit , but portion still big big hehe🫂

My mom is a coffee ☕️ lover , this used to be her fav coffee place but even their coffee taste different dy :'(
-their campfire sourdough is my mom fav , but that day the sos was too spicy 🥵(servant very nice listened to our complaints and took notes)
-I ordered French toast and fried chicken 🐔 never thought desert and main course goes so well tgt 🥳
- I forgot what my dad order HAHAHAHA but looks nice lah from the picture 👍🏻

The environment is chill with industrial chic decor. Limited parking space. Drinks I ordered:

- it's only light matcha mixed with lemonade. a lil pricey for beverages menu. Its more worth to order food than drinks. The food price range is 18 to 20+ basically the same as usual cafe prices.

It’s a nicely renovated cafe with industrial design and clean environment.
Not much choices on pastry.
Nice services with friendly staffs.
Price is moderate with the food and drinks quality is worthy.
Recommended for a relaxing and time passing place to hang out at.

Was looking for place to eat at around 4pm luckily solid ground is still open!
Apologies I don’t remember the name of the dish 🫣
Pic 1: very delicious 🤤 the chicken is tender & juicy! Just the right texture of deep fry chicken topped egg mayo.
Pic 2: I didn’t know it was tomato base cuz I don’t like tomato paste pasta 🙂 so for me it’s normal taste and acceptable.
Pic 3: kombucha blueberry & ginger
First drink tasted weird cuz it’s fermented blueberry, prior order this I asked whether is it refreshing the server said yes, cuz I personally love refreshing drinks. So after 4th sip ok la can accept 😂 not as refreshing as lemon taste cuz it’s fermented.
This place is always full house, so if you wanna avoid crowded place you can come after 4pm 😜 I was spending a lot of time taking pictures without feeling awkward LOL 😂
Hopefully soon their upstairs will be ready for seating on my next visit ✌🏼

Decided to visit the cafe again after a year and no regret.
1) Campfire Sourdough (RM19)
- Delicious sourdough top with cream cheese and generous portion of smoked salmon. It would be better if they could serve the toast together with some greens.
2) Pistachio Cake (RM15)
- Nice and moist, might be a bit sweet but well balanced with the cream cheese frosting and pistachio.
I ordered their Foxy Nanban Rice Bowl through Grab last time and personally think the sauce tasted weird, not recommend. Their coffee was really sour too, so I think it’s safer not to order their main course and beverage.
Staffs were all very friendly and attentive, relaxing environment too since there’s not much people around (noon time).
Will come back to try their Misty Eel Toast & Shin Double Fox Toast next time.
