my fav dish was the campfire toast. generous smoked salmon, the sourdough toast was yummy and there was just enough cream cheese & spices, everything was well balanced.
the chicken nanban was fried very nicely! juicy chicken and good portion, the egg mayo was okok (i prefer old Woo's one 😮💨) sauce is a little sweet.
personally i didn't like the smoked duck pasta, the sauce reminds me of my school canteen pasta sauce, very bland but i think it's to balance out the smoked duck (not nice for me la). texture was like watan sauce. my parents enjoyed this dish tho.
the koko loco french toast was so-so. caramlised orange was nice and french toast itself was ok, but the choc sauce tasted cheap & v sweet.
hot latté was nice, better than average imo. overall, not as bad as i thought, price is atas.

I had heard about this new cafe during the pandemic. Not that I heard anything good about it, I just heard that it existed. So I thought to give them a shot.
At first we tried to Grab Express our drinks - an iced latte and a hot cappucino. It was not drinkable. It was so sour and burnt that I had initially thought they dropped ash in my coffee. Rest assured they didn't, but it tasted so. Like ash and water.
I thought it could be a coincidence - a series of unfortunate events leading up to my very terrible cup of coffee. But I had faith they would do right by me. Maybe the barista was still tinkering with the machine. I gave it a few days.
I tried a second time - this time in person, to have a look. The warehouse high ceiling and aesthetic looked impressive. Probably the most impressive aspect of the cafe.
It was January 2021, there was an ongoing private function (which I'm pretty sure was not in accordance with the KKM COVID-19 SOPs of the time), with its invitees seated in the main area of the restaurant and definitely not observing the 1 meter spacing rule.
They had set up a small waiting area at the entrance of the shop, with a cashier and 3 stools. A long table wall was made to prevent us from entering any further into the restaurant.
Our coffee order arrived. An iced latte and a hot cappucino. Again, both of them sour and burnt to a crisp. Absolutely undrinkable. I took two sips and tossed it.
I have not been back since then, so I can't speak for the food nor of any improvements to their coffee. I also have no photos of my drinks because they were so bad I deleted them on the spot.
It would take a monumental effort to drag me for a third try.

I ordered “bon odori salmon linguine” their description is - Tangy salmon pasta tomato sauce bla bla 😂 but its so yummmyyyyy . Okay, maybe im bias because they served with ebikko .

Their toaste and sourdough are so yummy! I like the ebiko one and the eel toast is yummy tooo !
Came here few times , sometimes came for their rice too. Very nice, and quiet environment. Place to relax with friends with nice foods and drinks is just so perfect.
Oh ya they are using the neiko niko brand for the houjicha latte also and i tell you their sea salt chocolate very special and nice also must try!

The first time i came , the food was barely okay 7/10.
But , the 2nd time i came with my friend , omg taste so bad & dissapointed.. even my friend also agree.
Coffee taste 4/10 😅 Food taste 5/10
Only environment & service is good.
Sorry , i wont be back for a third time 🙏🏻
